You are a trusted finance and commercial partner for the Service Division, supporting your assigned countries and global topics. You make sure financial performance is clear and decisions are based on solid data. You help guide the business by analyzing numbers, looking at different options, and recommending the best solutions. You improve tools and set up new ways to show data, making it easier to understand and use for smart decisions. You also lead Country Finance Managers, helping them keep high standards and great results. You set and improve global rules for risk, contracts, and business reviews, making sure everyone uses them well.

  • Work with local and division leaders on financial and commercial topics
  • Join yearly Business Review Meetings to boost local performance and support global strategy
  • Lead Country Finance Managers in your countries
  • Manage yearly budgets and quarterly forecasts
  • Turn strategy into business plans with clear targets
  • Check financial effects of decisions, build scenarios, and start fixes when needed
  • Watch and analyze financial performance, share insights for better decisions
  • Drive financial transparency, cost savings, and value creation
  • Spot problems early and help fix them
  • Make sure risk and contract reviews follow global rules
  • Own the tender phase for contracts, check financial, commercial, and tax details, shape agreements, and protect cash flow and margins
  • Analyze contract margins and make sure reports are high quality and on time
  • Provide high-quality financial data on time, following Group rules (US-GAAP)
  • Support the assurance letter process and Group Controlling guidelines
  • Make sure statutory financial statements are prepared and filed on time
  • Oversee tax returns and customs, following Group and local rules
  • Help with financial and tax audits, support internal audits, and act as Secretary to the local Board
  • Manage global FX exposure and credit risk processes
  • Lead finance projects, give financial and commercial training, and join the annual Global Finance Week

Was du mitbringst

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or similar qualification
  • At least 4 years of leadership experience, including international and remote work
  • At least 7 years in commercial management, especially commercial project controlling
  • At least 4 years in Business Controlling or similar roles
  • Strong knowledge of contract and legal matters for customer contracts
  • Experience working in international teams
  • Service-minded and strong business thinking
  • Self-motivated and committed to quality
  • Excellent organization skills, able to handle many tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Team player who can drive change and support teamwork
  • Experience with tool and process implementation
  • High skills in MS Excel and BW; experience with SAC, Power BI, Power Query, and S4H is a plus
  • Understanding of data structures and using AI/tools to automate work
  • Fluent in English
