You help make healthcare better in Switzerland by building and improving data reports for medical practices. You work with teams in Urdorf and Geneva to turn complex data into helpful information for clients and the business. You focus on making sure data is correct and reports are useful, supporting important decisions and daily work.

• Implement and maintain ELT pipelines using Apache NiFi and dbt
• Develop transformation routines for the core (3NF) data warehouse structures with dbt
• Build dimensional models (facts and dimensions) using dbt
• Follow modeling patterns, naming rules, and loading strategies
• Set up data quality checks with dbt tests and help keep daily operations stable
• Prepare datasets ready for reporting and help create reports with JMIX reporting
• Develop reporting templates that are easy to maintain
• Work closely with data warehouse and reporting leads and take ownership of assigned tasks

• Strong SQL skills and good understanding of relational databases
• Experience building data warehouses
• Hands-on experience with dbt and data pipelines (Apache NiFi or similar tools)
• Comfortable working within set architectural guidelines and standards
• Reporting experience is a plus, especially with template-based or Jasper-style reporting
• Structured and quality-focused working style
• Very good English skills (German or French is a plus)
