• Support daily planning, scheduling, and administrative coordination for aircraft projects
• Prepare and update planning boards, work packages, trackers, and progress reports
• Maintain the Customer Maintenance Program (CMP) to match project scope and work orders
• Track open, in-progress, and completed task cards, making sure they are accurate and closed on time
• Keep documentation consistent between CMP data, task cards, engineering drawings, and planning systems
• Act as the link between Aircraft Teams, Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, and Certifying Staff
• Assist with daily work planning and make sure technicians have the latest work orders and technical documents
• Monitor work progress, spot delays or gaps, and report issues that affect schedule or compliance
• Ensure planning and documentation activities meet POE, MOE, Part 145 & Part 21, and authority requirements

• Vocational training or degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Project Coordination, or related technical field
• Experience in an aviation environment (Completion Center, OEM, or MRO) is a strong advantage
• Background in administrative support, planning coordination, and document management
• Familiarity with CMP systems and Task Card processes
• Understanding of EASA/FAA/FOCA regulations, Part 145 and Part 21 processes is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with different teams
• Ability to handle shifting priorities and keep accuracy in a changing environment
