You support Partners with daily operations, making sure everything runs smoothly. You help with planning, organizing, and preparing for meetings and travel. You work closely with the Private Equity Management Investment Team and help others when needed.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Give operational and administrative support to Partners, including managing calendars, handling emails, and preparing documents and presentations
  • Plan and book international business travel, including flights, hotels, visas, transfers, and itineraries
  • Schedule meetings across different time zones and manage competing priorities
  • Organize onsite meetings, arrange catering, and welcome visitors
  • Coordinate team meetings, prepare and share materials, and register team members for key events
  • Prepare presentation packages for committees and governance bodies
  • Handle calls, messages, mail, and general office tasks
  • Process monthly expense reports quickly and accurately
  • Support smooth daily operations for the Private Equity Management Investment Team
  • Help other team members with admin tasks as needed, including meeting and travel support
  • Act as backup for other assistants in the team, both onsite and in international offices
  • Share best practices and support colleagues during busy times or absences

  • Degree in Economics or similar (e.g., KV) with experience in a similar role in banking, asset management, travel, or hospitality
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in German and English
  • High initiative and customer focus
