Your tasks

  • Plan and perform maintenance and calibration for electrical, measurement, and control systems (EMR equipment).
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance following schedules, SOPs, and rules.
  • Troubleshoot and fix equipment problems, including sensors, transmitters, control loops, and automation interfaces.
  • Document all maintenance and calibration work in the right systems (like CMMS and calibration software).
  • Follow GMP, GAMP, safety rules, and company quality standards.
  • Support production by making sure EMR equipment is reliable and available.
  • Work with engineering, automation, and production teams to boost equipment performance and reliability.
  • Join in equipment qualification and validation tasks, such as FAT, SAT, IQ, and OQ.
  • Find ways to improve maintenance processes, calibration intervals, and equipment management.
  • Make sure spare parts are available and keep inventory for EMR-related parts.
  • Support audits and inspections by giving documents and technical explanations when needed.

What you bring

  • Experience in Electrical or System Engineering or a related field (University Degree, equivalent experience, or vocational education like EFZ, FH, HF, BSc.).
  • Proven experience in running and maintaining pharmaceutical plants or the biotech industry.
  • Skills in SAP, COMOS (Plant Engineering Software), DeltaV (Process Control System), and MES Syncade (Manufacturing Execution System) are a big plus.
  • Good English and/or German to work well in a diverse team.
  • Know GMP standards and rules for work in a regulated setting.
  • Work in a self-reliant, trustworthy, and effective way to finish tasks and projects successfully.
