• Lead strategic sustainability and energy transition consulting projects, helping clients find practical paths to net-zero and autonomous buildings across capital, operational costs, financing, and subsidies.
• Drive growth by leading external consulting engagements and expanding the team's market impact.
• Advise top-level stakeholders on sustainability strategy, SBTi alignment, and compliance with global frameworks, turning regulations into actionable decarbonization and energy resilience plans.
• Guide clients in energy optimization, smart energy management, demand-side flexibility, and grid-interactive building solutions for multi-site and global portfolios.
• Use data-driven advisory methods by integrating IT/OT, AI-enabled operations, and digital platforms to speed up net-zero transformation.
• Lead and mentor senior consultants and global expert networks, working closely with clients to design and implement low-carbon operational changes.
• Track ESG regulations, market trends, and industry developments, sharing thought leadership and representing the company in sustainability and smart infrastructure forums.

• Master's degree in a relevant field; an MBA is an advantage.
• Strong experience in managing and delivering management and sustainability advisory projects.
• 5-8 years of consulting experience in digital or operational transformation and sustainability advisory roles.
• Ability to understand business context and transformation methods, focusing on sustainability, energy, decarbonization, and ESG topics.
• Deep knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and experience advising clients at the executive level.
• Results-driven leader and problem solver with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, able to build relationships and motivate stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement and innovation.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Willing to travel internationally up to 30-40% of the time.
