Deine Aufgaben

  • Orchestrate and carry out go-to-market and account strategies for each industry or vertical, matching commercial goals and market trends.
  • Work with Key Account Managers and regional sales teams to put strategic plans into action at the account and regional levels.
  • Drive market segmentation, launch vertical offerings, and manage direct and indirect channel strategies for effective vertical-specific initiatives.
  • Ensure ongoing training and support for all Industry Developer staff.
  • Support cross-Business Unit activities to create a unified market approach and grow our share of wallet.
  • Work with all portfolio stakeholders, including Business Units and Specialist Teams.
  • Collect, analyze, and report market intelligence and account data to guide strategy and find growth opportunities.
  • Help develop new business opportunities by building pipelines, engaging customers, and supporting investment proposals in related areas.
  • Support product and system development by sharing market needs for innovation and new offerings.
  • Act as a link between internal and external partners, building strong networks with global sales, Siemens verticals leadership, and industry experts.
  • Support SI B Verticals strategy and growth goals as a member of SI B Sales Verticals.

Was du mitbringst

  • MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, with proven success in strategic partnerships, account management, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of Industrial Verticals industry, regulations, building technologies, and digital platforms.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning and market entry strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and C-level relationship building.
  • Good understanding of industrial market technology trends and digital transformation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working globally, with senior leaders and different cultures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; other European languages are a plus.
  • Legal right to work in Switzerland, Germany, or the USA.
