You lead Product Managers for Card, TWINT, and ATM services. You set clear standards, shape the product direction, and help our products grow in a way that puts customers first. You work with teams across the business to move us toward a high-performing future.

• Lead and develop a team of twelve Product Managers in Zurich and Warsaw, building a collaborative, consistent, and high-performance way of working.
• Act as Product Owner in our agile setup, guiding Product Managers in backlog ownership, prioritization, and decision-making.
• Represent Product Management as a member of the Cards, ATM & TWINT Management Committee and share your commercial and strategic view in cross-functional decisions.
• Drive the product strategy and business performance for Cards, ATM, and TWINT services.
• Set product management standards, best practices, KPIs, and governance processes to keep all product areas aligned.

• Several years of leadership experience in a complex product environment, ideally in payments or regulated industries.
• Strong background in product management and hands-on experience with agile methods, especially as a Product Owner.
• Solid commercial sense and understanding of the Swiss payment ecosystem, with the ability to turn market insights into strategic decisions.
• A collaborative and customer-focused mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to bring experienced experts together behind shared goals.
• Excellent English and German skills; French is a plus.
