• Manage complex and demanding projects from start to finish
• Define project approach, set up projects, and specify phases, scope, and deliverables
• Create detailed project documents
• Oversee project procedures, progress, and performance regarding risks, finances, and resources
• Lead, manage, and motivate the project team while coordinating activities
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality
• Communicate clearly with both internal and external project stakeholders
• Monitor and report to project bodies, such as STC and project controlling
• Manage project issues, change control, and escalate issues when needed

• University degree in economics, finance, or IT
• Strong knowledge of the international financial industry and Securities Services post trading environment
• Over 10 years of experience managing and delivering complex projects
• Excellent project management skills and knowledge of agile methods (e.g., SCRUM)
• Good general management knowledge and IT understanding
• Experience with project management methods (e.g., Prince 2); Project Management degree (IPMA / PMP) is a plus
• High level of proactivity with a customer-focused approach
• Very good analytical skills and a structured, results- and team-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
