• Design and maintain batch and event-driven workflows using UC4 and Airflow
• Manage scheduling, dependencies, monitoring, and troubleshooting for important jobs
• Work with application, data, and infrastructure teams to set up and standardize workflows
• Implement orchestration-as-code, CI/CD pipelines with GitLab and ArgoCD, and use Ansible for automation
• Improve dashboards, alerts, and runbooks to make systems easier to observe and support
• Help with platform upgrades, performance tuning, and keeping documentation up to date

• Strong experience and mindset in DevOps and software delivery
• Hands-on experience with UC4 and Airflow, including Python-based DAGs
• Good skills in Python, shell scripting, GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, ArgoCD, and Infrastructure as Code
• Knowledge of Linux, networking basics, and container platforms like Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
• Fluency in English; German or Spanish is a plus
