• Support maintenance leadership and team with administrative and organizational tasks, such as onboarding coordination, uniform and safety shoe distribution, training schedules, and managing training folders.
• Ensure all documents are accurate and confidential.
• Promote a positive safety culture and help implement safety, compliance, and quality policies within the organization.
• Maintain and improve all elements of the safety management system as defined in company manuals.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support and organize the office for the assigned organization and their teams.

• At least 3 years of experience as an assistant in a similar role within an international environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Proactive, hands-on, and reliable with strong interpersonal and intercultural skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Flexible, diplomatic, and able to communicate at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German (Level C1); other languages are a plus.
• Applicants must hold an EU passport, Swiss passport, or Swiss working permit.
