• Guide and support stations worldwide on all cargo products and services
• Help stations handle shipment irregularities
• Start and coordinate process improvements with other departments
• Analyze service failures, find solutions, and manage service recovery
• Investigate and complete CAPA reports, support and manage customer complaints for pharma quality issues
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external providers
• Recommend improvements and join projects to enhance customer service and IT systems
• Share information with colleagues, other departments, stations, handling agents, and service providers

• At least 2 years of experience at Swiss WorldCargo, a cargo handling agent, or a freight forwarder in an operational role
• Good knowledge of cargo products, services, and industry requirements
• Customer service mindset; experience in customer service is a plus
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus
• Solution- and results-oriented; able to solve problems efficiently
• High attention to detail, even under stress
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good knowledge of M365 Applications (Power Automate, Power BI, etc. is a plus)
• Comfortable working with different IT systems (knowledge of Skychain and/or Cargospot is a plus)
