You are more than a numbers expert! As a trusted advisor and enabler for the Corporate Services leadership team, you help the team see opportunities, make smart decisions, and drive our area forward. We are looking for someone who helps us get the most value from our resources, not just a cost controller.

Your tasks

  • Work closely with the Head of Corporate Services and the management team to understand challenges and ambitions, and help translate them into financial reality
  • Turn financial data into clear, actionable insights and explain what matters
  • Design and improve financial processes, cost models, and service charging with a focus on simplicity and impact
  • Develop dashboards and models that make performance visible and support better decisions
  • Support various activities in conjunction with the monthly closings
  • Be hands-on in monthly and annual closings, cost reviews, and ongoing finance transformation projects
  • Act as the link between Finance and IT for management reporting and digital tools

What you bring

  • At least 5 years in Controlling or FP&A, ideally in a complex, international environment with exposure to IT topics
  • Comfortable with SAP ERP and SAP Analytics Cloud or similar BI tools
  • Business mindset with a solution-focused approach and curiosity about how things work
  • Able to make complex topics easy to understand and work confidently with senior leaders
  • Take initiative, work independently, and are ready to make a difference from day one
  • Good command (Business fluency) of both German (C1) and English (C1)
