Your tasks

  • Develop our global learning strategy and identify learning needs based on Strategic Workforce Management
  • Manage digital learning platforms and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, working closely with Quality
  • Strengthen career paths and support internal mobility for our employees
  • Improve our leadership framework and create programs for leaders, including coaching and mentoring
  • Build and enhance tools for assessing and developing employee and leadership skills as part of talent management
  • Support organizational transformation and team development, encouraging a sustainable learning culture
  • Lead and develop your team with a participative and impact-oriented approach

What you bring

  • At least 10 years of experience in People Development, Learning & Development, or Talent Management in an international setting
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in improving learning and development systems within established structures
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead teams in a regulated, demanding environment
  • Experience in regulated industries like MedTech, Pharma, Biotech, or similar fields with high quality and compliance standards
  • Fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders, turn strategy into practical solutions, and communicate clearly in complex organizations
  • Resilience and persistence in developing organizations in regulated settings
